We stayed in a big western-style room with great views of the river and mountains. the hotel offers a free shuttle bus and there’s a convenience store down the river. the staff were friendly and the hot springs were relaxing with both indoor and outdoor pools.
The food options for breakfast and dinner were limited, and some of the facilities seemed outdated.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering great hospitality. The room was spacious and had a superb view. The central heating kept the room warm despite the freezing temperatures outside. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, both Japanese and Western.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop and within walking distance to a small town. the rooms are clean and equipped with necessary amenities. One of the best aspects of the hotel is the onsen which offers a relaxing experience. the hotel provides a free shuttle service for transportation.
The restaurant can be crowded with large groups of tourists which takes away from the dining experience. the concierge service can be slow and the staff's English proficiency could be better.

The hotel was a great value for money and had amazing onsen facilities. The buffet breakfast and dinner were included, and the food selection was more than reasonable. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the train station. The view from the hotel room was beautiful as it overlooked a river and mountains.
The hotel had a worn-out look and needed some renovation. Communication was limited, and staff had a little knowledge of English.
